An anthropologist by education and a growth-oriented strategist by training, Claire brings a mix of insight, inspiration, and pragmatism to her work. With extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research design and execution, her strengths lie in uncovering unmet customer needs and helping clients imagine new opportunities.



Claire began her career in brand, marketing, and innovation consulting at Prophet, helping some of the world’s largest brands grow more effectively through a foundation of customer insight. Her experience includes brand positioning, growth strategy development, customer experience design, and innovation roadmapping across the consumer goods, automotive, financial services, and healthcare industries.



A former collegiate swimmer, Claire stays active in the pool and on dry land and continues to compete in triathlons, running races, and swim meets. She equally enjoys less physical pursuits—particularly completing needlepoint projects and tasting many of the desserts Atlanta has to offer.
