Grayce Weber is a student of human nature. A love of travel that began with family trips evolved into a fascination with the sheer variety of life experience around the world, and eventually a degree in international relations. The latter landed Grayce in Washington, D.C., where she expected to work on Capitol Hill, but instead found a role in marketing. There, she fell in love with the work of getting inside consumers’ heads, understanding their lives, and crafting messaging that speaks their language. Today, Grayce serves as THRIVE’s Marketing Director, a position to which she brings a passion for the push and pull of creativity and accountability in marketing and a directive to bring our studio and its unique perspective to companies seeking world-class brand strategy and product development.


After college, Grayce joined National Geographic, working in the organization’s direct mail department. From there, she moved to brand management, first guiding perfume-maker Coty’s product targeting for adidas-branded items in Latin America and the U.S., then managing retail marketing for men’s sporting magazines In the Sports Illustrated group at Time, Inc. Most recently, Grayce spent a decade in the fishing industry, serving as brand marketing manager for rods, reels, line and tackle for some of the most desired brands on the water. At THRIVE, she acts as the studio’s guardian of brand integrity, ensuring the experience with the firm is consistent – and authentically Thrivian – at every touch point.


Grayce loves live music and attends as many concerts as she can. She’s also a LEGO nerd with an entire town set up in her house, a lifelong Einstein fangirl as fascinated with the man’s complexity as with his insight and genius, and an “aficionado” of Atlanta’s typically harrowing traffic experience. (It’s in her genes; her grandfather raced dirt track in his youth.) When she’s not working, you’ll find her adding to her always expanding LEGO village or planning her next travel adventure.
