Michael is an Account Executive who puts people and clients first and believes a business is a reflection of its client satisfaction. With a specialty in account management and business development, Michael is experienced in owning the entire sales cycle from beginning to end and enjoys nurturing relationships. He adheres to a culture and a set of principles around championing others and keeping humanity above the bottom line. Lastly, Michael believes that passion — a definite trait of his — has two functions: It drives people to be their best and reveals their inner selves. His passion for customer success and account management unlocks his will power, commitment, and his ability to identify positive opportunities.


Michael has worked as a Cloud Implementation Account Executive, an Account Executive for JumpCrew, an Account Executive for Cochrane, and he currently holds the same title at THRIVE. In these roles, Michael has performed a variety of functions, including inbound account management, sales cycle overview, serving as a team lead and a liaison between clients and engineers, outbound sales, relationship management, transactional sales, training other salespeople, business development, client relations, and managing a long-term sales cycle.


Michael enjoys fishing, competitive shooting, going to movies, visiting history and art museums, perusing fine art galleries and studios, and admiring anything creative. He is an avid cigar and whiskey connoisseur and a proud family man.
