Bradley Bergeron is a storyteller at heart. He takes a human-centered approach to research and design and chooses to view the world through an empathetic and narrative-centric lens. He is the ultimate multidisciplinary thinker—thanks to a strong background that bridges research, design and the performing arts. Adept at helping clients develop deep consumer understanding, Bradley helps frame profound consumer insights to identify new opportunities.

Bradley started his career as a Lighting, Scenic, and Video/Projection Designer for the Atlanta Lyric Theatre as well as pursuing a professional acting career playing the lead role of Lancelot in Camelot at the Aurora Theatre, and as Gaston in Disney’s Beauty & The Beast. After 10 years in the entertainment industry as a production designer and performer Bradley was recruited into project management in the AV and broadcast industry. It was in this role that Bradley discovered Industrial Design, the perfect culmination of all of his skills and passions. Bradley’s background makes him uniquely qualified to solve problems with strategy, creativity, and compassion. Bradley is a Master of Industrial Design candidate at Georgia Institute of Technology. He received a BA in Theatre from Georgia College & State University.

Bradley is a classically trained vocalist who has performed in over 20 professional musical productions and is a proud member of IATSE (The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories, and Canada). He enjoys non-profit work and currently serves as the production and technical advisor for Broadway Dreams Foundation. He also spent a total of 5 weeks over the course of the 2 years following Hurricane Katrina doing disaster relief and rebuilding work in New Orleans. When not designing, performing and volunteering Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter at home in Atlanta.
