OVERVIEW

Bradley Bergeron is a passionate storyteller and collector of experiences. He leverages human-centered and evidence-based design as a catalyst for transformation. He looks for ways to connect empathy to inspiration and uses inspiration to drive meaningful action. He is a multidisciplinary thinker and doer – thanks to a strong background that bridges research, strategy, and design – superpowered by a foundation in the performing arts. Adept at helping clients develop deep understanding, Bradley helps frame profound insights, identify new opportunities, and take bold actions. Additionally, Bradley has evolved from an individual contributor to a collaborative team builder, emphasizing growth and betterment within the company. His leadership style is characterized by a balance of passion and professionalism. He always encourages his team toward innovation while maintaining a clear focus on the greater good. Guided by an unyielding sense of curiosity, Bradley continues to push the boundaries of industry norms, constantly exploring new avenues to integrate creativity and systems thinking into our operations.

EXPERIENCE

With nearly a decade of experience at THRIVE, Bradley initially joined the firm as a UX Designer and Experience Strategist. He has excelled in six different roles during his tenure, culminating in his present role on the executive leadership team, where he serves as Partner and Director of Researcher, Strategy & innovation. While acting and storytelling were his first loves, Bradley eventually discovered the world of production design exploring lighting, scenic, and video/projection design for live performance as well as film. He enjoys the balance of technical craft and creative artistry. After ten years in the entertainment industry as a production designer and performer, Bradley was recruited to work in project management and systems integration for the AV and broadcast industry. In that role, Bradley discovered Industrial Design, the convergence of all of his skills and passions. Bradley’s background makes him uniquely qualified to solve problems with strategy, creativity, and compassion. Bradley holds a Masters of Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Theatre from Georgia College & State University.

Bradley is a classically trained vocalist who has performed in over 20 professional musical productions and is a proud member of IATSE (The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories, and Canada). He enjoys non-profit work and serves as the production and technical advisor for Broadway Dreams. He continues to support and collaborate with a variety of local and regional theatre companies. When not designing, performing, or volunteering, Bradley enjoys carpentry, tinkering, and spending time in the mountains.
