He will continue as Director of Research & Strategy, leading his team to deliver actionable, evidence-based human-centered insights for THRIVE’s clients. Coaching and advising them to deepen and develop their competencies in strategy, innovation, product management, design, and foresight. Additionally, Brad will now be heading up our people development initiatives, an area of a genuine passion for him, and developing career paths and competencies for all of THRIVE’s practices.

“I am honored to be advancing my career with the firm as a partner,” says Bergeron. “I am particularly passionate about bringing more of my cultural sensibility into the business. Investing further in our fellow Thrivers to scale effectively, manage workloads, and deliver our clients the best work as a team. If our people are happy, it will reflect in our work, and the business will continue to grow and flourish.”

Harnessing The Power Of Experience Design Principles: Part I

Brad passionately believes in the power of co-creation, collaboration, and ensemble. Practicing servant leadership — a philosophy he attributes to his grandfather, father, and the perspectives he has from his past roles. In his words, Brad has focused on optimizing products and experiences for end users and focusing on the quality and thoughtfulness of the holistic user experience. He looks forward to serving you in his new role as Partner at THRIVE!
